Well they say just 30 mins is good
, but I struggle to do one.
How do you do it? How do you stay motiviated?
With a busy schedule there always seems to be an excuse available....

I know the feeling, there is always an excuse.
I try to atleast walk around a bit to get some "incidental" fitness (I think that is what they call it).
I guess sports are a good way too...
